FIELD NOTES

The Pangea Mini is the archive's darkest object — a black-patina, black-sparkle HHKB with GMK Mono black-on-black caps, running silent electrocapacitive Dynacap switches on a stainless plate. Nothing shines on top. Turn it over and the weight opens up: a machined guilloché wave catching light like a watch dial, PANGEA cut small beneath it. All the drama is kept on the side no one sees.
